Refund & Returns Policy

Effective date: 12 August 2025

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for hardware and services purchased from Voipshop (Pty) Ltd (VoIP Shop). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) are not affected.

  1. Email sales@voipshop.co.za with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered faulty or in error.
  3. After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
